Las Doctoras & Comadres (Las Doctoras & Co.) is a growing collective of Latinas who hold or are inspired to pursue a doctoral degree. 

Rooted in the cultural tradition of comadrazgo, a bond of sisterhood, trust, and mutual support, this network creates space for mentorship, 

celebration and collaboration among mujeres breaking academic barriers.

We honor our roots, uplift one another, and build bridges for future generations of doctoras, educators, scholars, and leaders.
